Terms of sale and booking

1. Scope

These terms apply to the services Levis Family Adventure currently offers in English: the website creation service, and the general inquiry flows for partnership, press and general contact through the English contact form.

Other programmes in our ecosystem are available in French only. This includes Cap Ailleurs (French-language Costa Rica project platform) and the related French PDF guide. They are not sold or operated as English services at this stage. Their specific terms are detailed in the French version of our conditions.

AtyKids is a live application, available in French, English and Spanish. It is not sold on this site: accounts, subscriptions and support are handled by Levis Global LLC on atykids.com, under the terms published there.

2. Service descriptions

2.1 Website creation

Design, copy, structure and technical delivery of a clear, conversion-oriented website. The first discovery call is free and does not engage either party.

Pricing is finalized after the discovery call, based on the scope agreed in the written proposal. EUR pricing is available for European clients.

2.2 Partnership, press and general inquiries

These are non-commercial conversation flows handled through the English contact form. They do not constitute a paid service.

3. Pricing and payment

Website creation is invoiced according to the written proposal accepted by the client. Payment terms (deposit, milestones, final payment), currency (USD or EUR) and applicable taxes are detailed in the proposal. No payment is collected directly on this site for website creation; invoicing and payment are arranged after the proposal is signed.

Where payment processing applies, payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. under its own terms. Levis Global LLC does not store payment card data.

4. Booking and execution

Website projects start after the client signs the proposal and pays any required deposit. Delivery time depends on scope and client responsiveness. We share an indicative timeline at the proposal stage.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

• Any deposit is non-refundable once work has started, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in the proposal.
• If the client cancels after work has started, completed work remains paid for.
• Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms are detailed in the proposal.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

For consumers residing in the European Union, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies, except in cases where the service has been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period with the consumer's prior agreement, or for digital content provided after the consumer's express waiver of the right of withdrawal.

7. Limitations of liability

We provide design, copy and development work based on the information shared by the client. We do not promise traffic, sales, revenue or any specific commercial result. We are not licensed lawyers, tax advisors, immigration consultants or real estate professionals. For decisions that fall under regulated advice, you must consult an appropriately qualified professional.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated in the proposal, the deliverables of the website creation service (design, copy, code) remain the property of Levis Global LLC until full payment is received. After full payment, the client receives a usage right on the delivered website, under the conditions detailed in the proposal.

Pre-existing assets owned by Levis Global LLC (templates, internal libraries, brand references) are not transferred to the client.

9. Language availability

The following programmes are available in French only and are not sold as English services on this site:

• Cap Ailleurs (French-language Costa Rica project platform)
• The related French PDF guide (Costa Rica guide)

No English equivalents, English funnels or English versions of these PDFs are offered at this stage.

AtyKids is an exception: its interface exists in French, English and Spanish. It is purchased and used on atykids.com, not on this site. Territorial coverage is a separate matter from language: rules, institutions and resources differ from one territory to another.
