Privacy policy

1. Who we are

The Levis Family Adventure website is operated by Levis Global LLC, a US limited liability company. The full legal identification is available on the legal notice page.

2. What data we collect in English flows

In the English part of this site, we only collect data you actively share with us through:

• The English contact form (first name, email, subject, message, consent, language indicator). This form covers website creation inquiries, partnership inquiries, press inquiries and general questions.

We do not collect data passively in the background. No fingerprinting, no covert tracking, no advertising profiling. No English newsletter is currently offered, so we do not collect email addresses for newsletter purposes in English.

2.1 French-only flows (for reference)

Some programmes operate on French-language flows only and have their own data collection described in the French page. This includes Conseil Costa Rica (Costa Rica consultation), OSE, Cap Familles and the AtypiKids questionnaire. See the Politique de confidentialité. No English Costa Rica booking funnel is currently offered.

3. How we use it

We use the data you share with us to answer your message, qualify your project, schedule a discovery call when relevant, deliver the service you commission and follow up only when the conversation requires it. We do not sell or rent your data.

4. Third-party tools

The site uses a small number of third-party tools, listed transparently below.

• Netlify, Inc. handles site hosting and form submissions (including the English contact form). Data submitted through forms is processed by Netlify under its own terms.
• Resend, Inc. handles transactional email delivery for internal notifications when forms are submitted.
• Stripe, Inc. is the payment processor where applicable. Stripe collects payment data directly under its own terms. In English, this only applies to invoices and payment links related to the website creation service after a written proposal is signed. No payment is taken directly on this site in English.
• Cal.eu is the scheduling provider used for the French Costa Rica consultation flow. No English Costa Rica booking funnel is currently offered and English visitors are not routed to a Cal.eu booking page from English pages.
• Limova is an optional chatbot. Loaded only after explicit consent through the privacy preferences modal (functional category). It is not loaded by default.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) may be used, only after analytics consent, to understand how visitors use the website through heatmaps, session recordings and navigation insights. This helps us improve readability, usability and conversion paths. It is not loaded by default.

5. Privacy preferences

A "Privacy preferences" button is available in the footer of every page. From there you can accept or decline functional, analytics and marketing scripts. Some scripts (including the Limova chatbot) only load if you accept the relevant category. Your choice is stored locally on your device and can be changed at any time.

6. Cookies and local storage

We only use cookies and similar local storage that are strictly necessary to operate the site and the preferences you explicitly enable through the privacy preferences modal. We do not use advertising cookies, behavioural profiling cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, delete, port or limit the use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise these rights at any time at contact@levisfamilyadventure.com.

Levis Global LLC is the operating entity behind the services. Requests sent to the email above reach the right party.

8. Retention

Form submissions are retained as long as necessary to answer your request and meet legal obligations (typically up to three years from the last contact, longer when required by law). After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

9. Data transfers

Levis Global LLC is based in the United States. Some service providers listed above (Netlify, Resend, Stripe, Cal.eu) may process data in the United States or in the European Union, depending on their own infrastructure. Where transfers occur, they rely on the legal frameworks made available by these providers.

10. Changes

This policy may evolve as we add or remove tools. Any meaningful change is reflected here. The French version remains the legally authoritative reference.

11. Language

This English version is provided for information. The French version is legally authoritative. In the event of any discrepancy between the two, the French version Politique de confidentialité prevails.
